Our product engineering department runs endurance testing on our state of the art test rig to determine 100 000km compliance on all our latest products. We also run simulation testing involving airbag compatibility as well as physical Airbag Testing in Australia.
Load testing & Vibration testing is run on all our brackets and SABS Testing on our towbars.Â

We have 4 robotic polishing machines that are able to polish over 400 parts every 8 hours. Artav Stainless Steel pioneered the robotic polishing machine for the stainless steel accessory market and is proud to be seen as the leader in technology in its field.
R&D Engineering Programmes & Simulation Testing
Our R&D engineering team comprises of 3 designers that focus on all aspects of design, manufacturing, jig building and testing. Striking and complementary designs need to be matched with safety and durability to ensure only the best for our customers.
