Artav Stainless Steel designs and manufacturers its accessories in accordance with market requirements as well as OEM Manufacturers specifications. These include a number of factors that are taken into account when designing and testing accessories before launch. This enables us to provide our customers with the Artav Stamp of Approval.

Artav Stainless Steel has its Warranty Terms loaded for viewing on its website – www.artav.co.za. Our website also provides product information, brochures, costs and contact details.
Should you experience a fault with your Artav Product that is a result of a manufacturer defect, you would then contact the Fitment Partner or New Car Dealership that supplied and fitted the accessory. They in turn would submit a Warranty Claim through to Artav Stainless Steel head office who will process and provide feedback. Valid Warranty Claims will always be supplied with a New Product. Customers are also able to contact Artav Stainless Steel directly to submit their claims.
